“Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.” And He took them up in His arms, laid His hands on them, and blessed them. — Mark 10:14b, 16

Jesus took time to let little children come close to Him He held them and blessed them. He encouraged them with a heart full of love. We, the PCCC staff, serve as God’s hands extended to show love to your children. Our priority is to care for children in a manner that is healthy, safe, fun, and conducive to learning.

We are PCCC

We are a professionally trained team of early childhood educators who provide quality care.

Our Standards

Each staff member’s lifestyle is based on biblical standards of conduct, reflecting the biblical perspective of integrity, business conduct, and moral behavior.

Staff Basic Credentials

Before a staff member or volunteer is hired, a cleared background check with fingerprinting, is required and is updated every five years. Teachers receive training through the Washington STARS program, beginning with a 30-Hour Basic Training. All staff are First Aid & CPR Certified and obtain a Food Handlers Card through the Whitman County Health Department. Annually, teachers are required to do 10-hours of continual STARS training, as well as updated training on Blood Borne Pathogens, Safe Sleep, Homelessness, Medication Management, and more.
